Is Low NAV is Cheap?
(Often Asked)
Great advertising of NFOs/ IPOs seems like they are opened by god of wealth “Kuber” . Is a fund with a low NAV/ NFO/ IPO a better investment option than a fund with a higher NAV/ PRICE? Since you can buy more units when the NAV is low, isn't it cheaper? Should mutual fund schemes with a higher NAV be avoided? These are questions, which trouble many investors in mutual funds/ Equities.
Fund with lower NAV or IPO or NFO is only the way of earnings more units, not guarantee of higher returns.
So instead of investing in lower NAV or IPO or NFO trust consistence performance Equities/ Funds.
